Job summary

Palm Beach Tan in Centerville, OH is seeking a store manager to lead a team through a 5-week training and become a high-performing contributor focused on sales metrics and staff development.

You will hire and coach employees, foster a positive, respectful store culture, analyze daily sales, manage expenses, and ensure banking, safety, and legal requirements are met while keeping the store clean and organized.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.
• Ability to effectively motivate others.
• Must be able to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time.
• Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance.
• Reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• This position has a required 5-week manager-training course with performance metrics.
• Maintain store staff by interviewing, hiring, and developing employees
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers
• Meet self-performance metrics and help develop employees to meet their metrics
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize sales
• Meet banking, safety, operations and legal requirements
• Control expenses: labor, inventory and maintenance
• Assign, manage, and follow up on daily tasks to keep store clean, stocked, and organized
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer issues
