This role provides hands-on experience that develops your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management, teaching you how to create success for a multi-million-dollar business, develop great teams, and serve as a community meeting place. These foundational principles set up partners for success in store management and leadership careers.

The actual base pay will depend on factors such as experience, location, and internal equity. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
