Job summary

You will oversee scheduling, training, and safety meetings, maintain inventory, and support the store in the Manager’s absence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.
• One year of experience in a retail environment and six months supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability to perform cash handling and deposit procedures.
• Ability to drive own vehicle to the bank to deposit money.

Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet customers and operate cash register to itemize purchases.
• Open and close the store at least two days per week.
• Assist Store Manager with scheduling employees and training; conduct safety meetings and enforce policies.
• Manage merchandise flow: receiving, stocking, displays, and planograms.
• Assist in maintaining inventory accuracy and cash accountability; handle refunds and deposits.
• Support store in Store Manager's absence.
