Job summary

The Finish Line Puerto, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Puerto Rico location.

As part of the Management team, you will drive sales, manage budgets, oversee inventory and visual merchandising, and ensure health and safety compliance while supporting store growth and community engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in retail leadership preferred.
• Experience achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Must speak English clearly to converse with customers and supervise staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and supervise staff.
