Dollar Tree in Lewisburg, TN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run store operations, serve customers, and develop a strong team. You will assist with daily store functions, merchandise flow, opening/closing procedures, and loss prevention while maintaining a clean, well-stocked storefront and a positive, respectful environment.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail or store-management experience is preferred.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.

Mansioni

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers with questions in a positive, approachable manner.
• Coordinate merchandise transfer from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Conduct opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain displays and promotional fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, record-keeping, and loss prevention.
• Train and develop Store Associates and supervise as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and protect company assets.
