Position: Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. Your duties will include maintaining inventories, store appearance, and completing daily paperwork.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner.
2. Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
4. Supervise, train, and develop store team members under the Store Manager's guidance.
5. Assist in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring items from stockroom to store.
6. Support the Store Manager with ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
7. Assist in loss prevention efforts.
8. Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures.
