Role Overview

As a Dollar Express Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting the Store Manager in daily store operations. This includes maintaining inventories, store appearance, and completing daily paperwork.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner.
2. Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
3. Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
4. Supervise, train, and develop store team members under the direction of the Store Manager.
5. Assist in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring merchandise from stockroom to store.
6. Support in ordering merchandise, record-keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
7. Assist in loss prevention efforts.
8. Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
9. Follow all company policies and procedures.
