Job Description

• Schedule guest appointments to optimize technician abilities for efficient and timely vehicle services and repairs.
• Help achieve Monro’s sales goals by informing and recommending tire and service products, along with sales promotions.
• Attend to all guest needs in sales, service, complaints, and adjustments.
• Build guest relationships to maximize satisfaction, loyalty, and retention.
• Assist technicians in conveying repair and service needs to guests.
• Ensure the store maintains high standards of cleanliness and guest readiness.
• Assist with inventory management, including pulling tires and parts, unloading, and stocking.
• Provide guidance to technicians and assist with services and repairs as needed.
• Organize store workflow to utilize technician skills efficiently, ensuring effective and timely vehicle services/repairs.
• Adhere to company policies, governmental standards, environmental codes, and OSHA standards, including safety protocols.
• Perform Store Manager functions as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
