Job summary

Mint Cannabis in Missouri is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading daily dispensary operations and delivering a positive guest experience.

This role assists with team leadership, inventory control, compliance, and sales performance to help drive overall store success, while coaching up to 25+ team members and ensuring excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail management or leadership experience.
• Leadership background with experience coaching and developing teams.
• Strong customer service, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with sales performance and inventory management preferred.
• Must be 21+ and possess (or be able to obtain) a Facility Agent Card.

Responsibilities

• Leadership Responsibilities: Assisting with training, developing, and supporting up to 25+ team members while promoting accountability and teamwork.

• Inventory Control: Assisting with inventory accuracy by reducing product shrinkage, monitoring aging inventory, and supporting inventory counts and sell-throughs.

• Atmosphere & Pace: Fast-paced and energetic. The floor features specialized product displays (flower, edibles, concentrates). Staff must be adaptable to busy rushes, as wait times and long lines are common during peak hours
