This role provides hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen. It aims to build your understanding of store management, including creating success for a multi-million-dollar business, developing great teams, and building a community meeting place that nurtures customers. These foundational principles prepare partners for careers in store management and leadership.

The base pay depends on factors such as knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. It is not typical to be hired at the top of the pay range. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
