Job summary

Spirit Halloween is seeking a store leadership professional to support our seasonal operations in Newnan, GA. The role emphasizes staffing, merchandising, guest services and inventory control to maximize sales while controlling costs.

You will assist the Store Manager, develop staff, and help set up and teardown of the seasonal store, with a flexible schedule and physical requirements typical for retail management.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 and a flexible schedule.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
• Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Overview

Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.25 per hour and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs subject to qualifications.
