The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. They are responsible for assisting in the overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, managing shrinkage, and overseeing merchandising and inventory control.

Minimum requirements include being at least 18 years old and having a flexible schedule. The role involves physical activities such as standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
