Job Details:

• Hourly rate ranges from $16.00 - $16.25 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience.
• Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications.

Responsibilities: The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. They are responsible for supporting store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory control. The role requires a minimum age of 18, a flexible schedule, and physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
