Hourly rate ranges from $16.75 - $17.00 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.
Benefits include: Set-Up and Tear Down Premium Pay Programs, End of Season Premium Pay Program. All Bonus and Pay Programs are subject to qualifications.

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations to ensure maximum sales and profitability by establishing and maintaining guest services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory. The minimum age requirement is 18, with a flexible schedule. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
