The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.

The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by maintaining Guest Services, developing staff, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience

Physical Demands:

• Standing and walking for 8+ hours
• Climbing ladders and setting up fixtures
• Lifting/moving up to 50 pounds
