Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and handling all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Qualifications
