The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by:
The minimum age requirement for an Assistant Store Manager is 18. The physical demands of the job require in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
