Job Title: Assistant Store Manager

Hourly Rate: $16.00 - $16.25 per hour, dependent on qualifications and experience.

This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, aiming to maximize sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications: Minimum age of 18, prior retail or management experience required.

Physical Demands: The job requires over 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
