Responsibilities & Qualifications

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager in the various tasks involved in the overall operation of a store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

Minimum age requirement: 18 years. Physical demands: requires more than 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds. Prior retail or management experience is required.
