Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services and supporting the Store Manager in all tasks involved in the overall operation of a store. Duties include ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in adherence with Company policies and procedures.

• Prior retail and/or management experience is required.
• Physical demands include in excess of 8 hours of standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.
