Spirit Halloween is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to enhance guest services and support overall store operations. This role involves maximizing sales, staff development, and inventory control while ensuring compliance with company policies. Candidates must be 18 or older and have prior retail or management experience.
Hourly rate ranges from $18.75 to $19.00, depending on qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services, supporting the Store Manager in overall store operations, maximizing sales and profitability, staff development, controlling expenses and shrinkage, merchandising, and inventory control, in accordance with company policies.
Minimum age requirement is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for over 8 hours. Prior retail or management experience is required.
