Haffner’s in New Hampton, NH is seeking an Assistant Convenience Store Manager to support the Store Manager, ensure a welcoming customer experience, and uphold company policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, store upkeep, and occasional administrative duties in the manager's absence.

The position offers an $18.00–$24.00 per hour pay range, eligibility for a $300 sign-on bonus, and full-time benefits including health, dental, tuition reimbursement, employee discounts, and advancement

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work with store team and follow direction of Store Manager.
• Capable of handling daily administrative tasks in the absence of the Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner.
• Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Can complete the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures.
• In the event the Store Manager is not available, the Assistant Manager is fully prepared to complete all the managerial duties.
• Positive role models for their fellow employees.
• Supervises employees in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Completes and delegates shift duties to keep store conditions in accordance with Store Manager expectations.
• Assists the Store Manager in following up on daily shift duties.
