Haffner's is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help provide customers with a satisfying shopping experience and to assist the Store Manager in implementing company policies and procedures. You will work closely with store staff to ensure daily tasks align with the Store Manager's direction, and you can cover duties in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Resolves all customer concerns, complaints, or requests in a timely manner. Reports all customer feedback and actions taken to the Store Manager.
• Provides a clean, well-stocked store in a friendly, inviting atmosphere.
• Can complete the daily administrative responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager in accordance with company procedures.
• Be prepared to complete all managerial duties when the Store Manager is unavailable.
• Serve as a positive role model for fellow employees.
• Supervise employees in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Complete and delegate shift duties to keep store conditions in line with manager expectations.
• Assist the Store Manager in following up on daily shift duties.
