Majik Enterprises International, Inc. in Lebanon, PA, is hiring for a store leadership role focused on sales excellence and team development. You’ll drive customer engagement, coach staff, and close deals while maintaining showroom standards and accurate inventory.

We offer starting pay at $18+/hour with weekly pay, monthly bonus potential, comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and 401(k) match, and growth opportunities through promotions from within.

Formación

• 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong background in sales or retail.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed goals.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Results-driven, organized, and reliable.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales through customer engagement, follow-up, and closing deals.
• Coach and support the team to meet performance goals.
• Assist with customer accounts, agreements, and post-sale follow-up.
• Support Store Manager in daily operations and store performance.
• Maintain showroom standards, inventory accuracy, and customer experience.
• Step in to lead the store when needed.

What You’ll Do

Requirements

Schedule

Full-time (40 hours/week)

Monday–Friday: 10am–7pm, Saturday: 10am–6pm (required), Sunday: Closed
