Job summary

Dollar Tree in Noblesville, IN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, and help open and close the store.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and a commitment to safety and loss prevention. You will supervise and develop store associates while maintaining friendly service and presentable displays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment is preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service, organizational, and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns they may have.
• Help organize, and transfer merchandise from delivery truck to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in supervising, training, and developing Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment while maintaining professional interactions with customers and associates.
