Family Dollar is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lexington, Mississippi to help manage daily store operations, enhance customer service, and develop the store team. You will support opening/closing procedures and ensure merchandise is well organized and displayed to company standards.

The role requires strong communication, teamwork, and a proactive approach to loss prevention and policy compliance; prior store management experience in retail or grocery is preferred and a high school

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills are required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment is required.
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas of the store.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and store policies.
• Maintain store fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Support Store Manager in training and development of associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable store environment.
• Other duties as assigned.
