Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Ocala, FL to support store operations, customer service, and team development. The role involves supervising associates, organizing merchandise, and ensuring a clean, safe store environment.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or equivalent and prior retail store management experience. The position is part-time with opportunities to contribute to promotions and loss prevention, while delivering excellent customer experiences.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing and transferring merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain promotional fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, and payroll/scheduling records.
• Maintain a well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom to company standards.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and ensure associates follow procedures.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and respectful store environment.
• Ensure bathrooms and store areas are clean and presentable.
• Other duties as assigned.
