Skechers USA Retail, LLC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pittsburgh to lead a team, manage daily store operations, and enhance customer service. You will drive sales, oversee visual merchandising, and ensure inventory integrity while maintaining a positive, inclusive work environment.

The role requires flexibility for weekends/evenings/holidays, strong organizational and communication skills, and a focus on achieving targets.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail/leadership experience preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in multiple formats.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsabilidades

• Mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding customer service.
• Ensure product displays and store layouts meet Skechers' standards for style and innovation.
• Monitor stock levels, restocking processes, and organize the sales floor for a seamless shopping experience.
• Oversee store systems, scheduling, opening/closing procedures, and operations.
• Drive revenue growth by implementing performance strategies and exceeding sales goals.
• Proactively address operational challenges and resolve customer concerns to maintain satisfaction.
