Starting hourly rate is $19.70 with a range up to $20.90; this role offers regular pay increases and opportunities for career advancement within Skechers' global network.

Qualifications

• Must have strong leadership and customer service orientation.
• Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Must be at least 18 years old at time of application.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership: mentor, coach, and motivate employees to achieve sales goals and deliver outstanding service.
• Visual Merchandising: ensure displays and store layouts meet brand standards.
• Inventory Management: monitor stock levels and restock efficiently.
• Operations Management: manage scheduling, opening/closing, and store procedures; lift up to 50 lbs when needed.
• Sales Management: drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.
• Problem-Solving: address operational challenges and customer concerns promptly.
