Skechers is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Management Team in operations, lead a team, and ensure excellent customer service. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
• Retail, restaurant, or hospitality leadership experience is preferred but not required.
• Sales skills to drive revenue growth and meet targets.
• Excellent communication skills in written, verbal and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor employees to reach sales goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain high merchandising standards and brand visuals.
• Monitor stock, restock, and organize the sales floor.
• Oversee scheduling, opening/closing, and store operations.
