You will be responsible for staffing, scheduling, and ensuring a welcoming, high-performing store team that aligns with Lids’ goals and community engagement.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead selling strategy to meet KPIs and drive sales.
• Train, coach, and develop store staff to deliver outstanding service.
• Ensure proper visual merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
• Oversee cash handling, opening/closing procedures, and loss prevention.
