Operating out of Indianapolis, IN, our retail stores offer officially licensed headwear and apparel from collegiate and professional sports teams, plus top brands like Nike, New Era, Adidas, and Mitchell & Ness.

We currently operate over 1,200 locations domestically and more than 50 internationally, including specialty stores for the NBA, NHL, Paris Saint-Germain, and various MLB teams. General Position Summary
  • Generate sales gains by providing excellent customer service.
  • Meet or exceed company objectives in all individual statistics.
  • Provide consistent, documented appraisals of sales performance, offering feedback on strengths and opportunities in line with company goals.
  • Adhere to visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
  • Maintain a professional appearance consistent with the company dress code.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Generate Sales
  • Produce sales gains through customer service.
  • Achieve or surpass company objectives in sales and other metrics.
  • Provide feedback on sales performance, supporting team development.
  • Follow visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
  • Maintain professional appearance according to dress code.
Control Expenses
  • Protect company assets following retail policies.
  • Assist in scheduling to ensure proper store coverage within wage guidelines.
  • Manage inventory accurately, including receiving, transfers, pricing, and counts.
  • Maintain proper documentation and record-keeping per policies and laws.
  • Open and close the store as required, following operational procedures.
  • Support and adhere to all company policies and guidelines.
Additional Duties
Supervise Associates
  • Participate in training and goal setting.
  • Assist in recruiting and training staff.
  • Ensure compliance with policies, including inventory and security.
  • Perform duties of subordinates when necessary.
  • Communicate effectively across all levels.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Job Required Knowledge & Skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent plus at least one year of relevant experience.
  • Proven ability to generate sales and minimize loss.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to operate relevant software.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work with hands overhead.
  • Standing for up to 100% of the work time.
  • Ability to work independently.
Preferred Skills

Assistant Store Managers can earn up to 25% above the local minimum wage based on experience, with potential bonuses and discounts.
