Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably cosmetics.
- Supervisory experience with coaching/mentoring.
- Experience in inventory management and cash reconciliation.
- Ability to work retail hours including weekends and events.
- Experience with retail POS software.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Right to live and work in the country.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach and develop Sales Associates to meet sales and service targets.
- Support Store Manager to drive store operations.
- Ensure customer service is inspirational and personalised.
