Job summary

prAna, opening a new Burlingame store, seeks an energetic Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales. You will lead recruitment, scheduling, coaching, and daily operations while upholding prAna brand standards and a welcoming environment for customers and teammates.

Ideal candidates bring 2–3 years of retail leadership, a passion for outdoor-inspired lifestyles, and strong communication skills.

About the Role

prAna is looking for an energetic, people-focused Assistant Store Manager to help lead our retail team and bring our brand vision to life. In this role, you'll partner closely with the Store Manager to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and foster a positive, inclusive store environment.

What You'll Do

• Support recruiting, hiring, training, and developing a high-performing, diverse team
• Lead daily store operations including scheduling, payroll support, reporting, and inventory
• Provide clear coaching and real-time feedback to strengthen team performance

What We're Looking For

Job Conditions

• Frequently in a more active environment (i.e., it requires the ability to constantly move about) that can be physical or strenuous in nature (frequently adjusting/moving items weighing up to 40 lbs.), may frequently use specialized equipment, may have exposure to dust and noise.
