Job summary

Scooter's Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations with a focus on delivering amazing customer experiences. You will coach team members, maintain a high-energy environment, and ensure fast, accurate service in a busy shop.

The role requires 18+ years of age, flexible hours including weekends, and prior leadership or customer service experience is preferred. We offer a supportive team, growth opportunities, and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Flexible availability to work at least 30 hours per week, including weekends.
• Previous leadership or customer service experience preferred.
