Wewinabi Inc. seeks an Assistant Manager (PM) for evenings and weekends to lead store operations and supervise the team during shift hours. In this role, you will act as the primary manager on duty, ensure policy compliance, cash handling, and customer service standards, and support inventory and merchandising efforts under the Store Leader and AM.

Two years of retail experience are required, and a valid driver's license is preferred. Mille Lacs Band member preference may be exercised in hiring.

This position serves as the primary manager on duty during evening shifts and weekend hours and is responsible for supervising associates and maintaining operational standards.The Assistant Manager (PM) works closely with the Store Leader and Assistant Store Manager (AM) to support store goals and deliver a positive customer experience. While responsible for shift execution and associate supervision during assigned evening and weekend schedules, overall store accountability remains with the Store Leader.MEETING PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONSTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
