Mille Lacs Band is seeking a friendly Retail Associate to greet guests, operate the POS, balance the cash drawer, and maintain a clean, organized C-Store environment. You will assist with inventory, pricing, and displays while providing excellent customer service and teamwork across shifts.

The role requires basic math, effective communication, and the ability to work varied hours, including potential evenings or early mornings, in a safety-conscious setting.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Six months retail or convenience store experience preferred.
• Must be able to pass Corporate Non-Gaming Suitability Standards background check.

Responsabilités

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly, courteous, and helpful manner.
• Operate Point of Sale system and process payments (cash, check, debit, credit).
• Balance drawer at beginning and end of shift; process receipts, refunds, or credits.

Balance drawer at beginning and end of shift.
