This role offers hands-on experience to develop your supervisory skills, coaching abilities, coffee/tea passion, and business acumen, helping you understand store management. The base pay offered will depend on factors like knowledge, experience, location, and internal equity. It is not typical to be hired at the high end of the pay range. The Assistant Store Manager role is overtime eligible, but overtime hours are not guaranteed.
