Job summary

Signet Jewelers Limited, home of Banter by Piercing Pagoda, is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will support the Store Manager, train team members, recruit staff, and ensure daily sales and policies are followed to meet goals.

The role requires retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and the ability to work days, nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• At least one year of retail experience required.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, and basic computer software/hardware."
• Ability to interpret various instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.
