Job summary

Banter by Piercing Pagoda seeks an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team and drive sales while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations, train staff, recruit team members, and ensure policies are followed.

The role offers career development within a vibrant jewelry brand. This position requires retail experience, flexibility to work days, nights and weekends, and the ability to use POS systems to process transactions and manage

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer.
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware.
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in maintaining daily focus on standards to attain sales and profit projections.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.
• Develop skills and product knowledge of team members through training and evaluation.
• Recruit and select team members.
• Follow and enforce all Company policies and procedures.
• Perform other operational and strategic duties.
