Job summary

Banter by Piercing Pagoda is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our Wilmington, DE location. You will support the Store Manager in daily operations and mentor a dynamic team to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required, preferably in jewelry or specialty retail.
• Experience with POS terminals and scanners.
• Ability to interpret written, oral, diagram and schedule instructions.
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends.

• Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales and profit targets.
• Contribute to an atmosphere of total customer satisfaction.

Assistant Store Manager

Job Requirements

• At least one year of retail experience is required, preferably with a jeweler or specialty retailer
• Knowledge of operating POS terminals and scanners, using basic computer software and hardware
• Ability to interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, diagram, and schedule form
• Availability to work days, nights and weekends
