Job summary

Dollar Tree in Granite Falls, North Carolina, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, deliver friendly customer service, and develop the store team. You will assist with opening and closing procedures, organize merchandise, support payroll and scheduling, and help prevent loss while maintaining clean, well-stocked sales floors and stockrooms.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; aid loss prevention.
• Maintain clean, well-stocked store areas and secure assets.
• Assist Store Manager with supervision, training, and development of associates.
