Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily store operations and mentor staff in delivering fast, friendly service. You will help ensure customers enjoy a great shopping experience and assist in training and supervising team members.

The role requires at least one year of retail experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to manage paperwork, cash handling, and schedules. This is a full-time, on-site position at Nouria locations.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of one year retail experience.
• Must have general computer knowledge.
• Complete required paperwork including shift report, gas reconciliation, cigarette counts, etc.
• Must be able to read, write and operate electronic equipment and sales transactions.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Must be able to stand at all times.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• Must have own reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license.
