Job summary

Nouria Energy Corporation in New England seeks an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations, mentor team members, and ensure every customer receives fast, friendly service.

This role requires at least one year of retail experience, strong communication and basic computer skills. You will help with inventory, vendor deliveries, training, and shift coverage across weekends.

Qualifications

• Must have minimum of one year retail experience.
• Maintain a courteous, friendly attitude.
• Must have general computer knowledge.
• Complete required paperwork including shift reports, gas reconciliation, and counts.
• Assist in training and store operations under the Store Manager.
• Assist Store Manager as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mentor team members to provide fast and friendly service.
• Oversee daily store operations in collaboration with the Store Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and great shopping experience.
• Coordinate inventory and vendor deliveries as needed.
