Job summary

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino's, in the Salt Lake City area, is hiring future store managers. You will join a pathway from assistant manager to general manager, with opportunities to grow into supervisory roles or franchise ownership.

As a full-time, hourly team member, you will oversee all store operations, lead a team, manage customers, and uphold company policies. Weekly pay, bonuses, and benefits are part of the package to reward leadership and results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior Domino's experience or experience leading people preferred.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• 18+ years of age; eligible to work in the USA; Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all store operations and lead the team.
• Ensure policy compliance and safety 100% of the time.
• Drive sales, customer service, and labor management.
• May be asked to help at other locations near chosen store.
