Job summary

Islands to Salt Lake LLC, doing business as Domino's, in the Salt Lake City area, seeks future managers to grow into store leadership roles. The role is a full-time, hourly position with overtime, promoting from assistant manager to general manager and beyond.

You'll oversee store operations, train staff, ensure policy compliance, and motivate a team toward excellent pizza delivery service. Strong leadership and multitasking demanded.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Good driving record.
• High Energy.
• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience leading people.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Currently residing in the Salt Lake City area.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store.
• Lead by example to guide team performance.
• Ensure training, safety, and culture policies are followed.
