SmartStop® Self Storage in Conway, AR, is seeking a part-time Assistant Store Manager with no nights. You will handle leasing, customer service, and daily store operations while supervising a small team and maintaining property standards.

This role offers a sales-focused environment with a bonus plan and opportunities to grow within a nationwide company. The position emphasizes routine customer interactions, cash handling, and opening/closing procedures, with hours Mon–Fri 9:30am–6:00pm, Sat

Assistant Store Manager (Store #1297 - Conway, AR) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to detail, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Starting at $15/hour + Bonus

What You’ll Do:

• Rent storage units
