SmartStop Self Storage in Conway, AR is hiring an Assistant Store Manager. The role covers leasing storage, supervising a team, coordinating maintenance, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers a daytime schedule with no nightly shifts, starting pay at $15/hour plus bonus and opportunities for growth within a rapidly expanding self-storage operator.

• Must have reliable transportation, a valid Driver’s License, and current auto insurance
• Background check required

Assistant Store Manager (Store #1297 - Conway, AR) Job Summary - NO NIGHTS!

The right candidate pays attention to detail, stays organized, and delights in finding great solutions to problems. This position is involved in all phases of the operation, including leasing storage and parking, managing a team, assisting with maintenance, supervising on-site projects, and maintaining good relationships with tenants.

Hours of Operation: Mon - Fri 9:30 am to 6:00 pm; Sat 9:00 am - 4:00 pm; Sun 10:00 am - 2:00 pm

Starting at $15/hour + Bonus

What You'll Do:

• Rent storage units
