Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in retail or store operations.
• Previous experience as a sales associate.
• Experience in inventory oversight.

• Able to meet sales goals and adapt to changes in the store.
• Ability to implement head office information and instructions.

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in managing store operations and staff shifts.
• Recruitment, staff training, coaching, and building effective work operations.
• Supervise staff, ensure compliance with company rules, monitor working conditions and shifts.
• Order inventory appropriately, manage stock levels, loss prevention, and inventory control.
• Execute sales plans, merchandise organization, and replenishment.
• Monitor sales metrics: basket size, MH, loss, turnover days.
• Manage cash handling and safe deposit responsibilities.
• Organize forms, documents, manuals, files and records.
• Maintain store, equipment and fixtures.
• Maintain store security and tidiness.
• Follow guidelines established by the company.
