Job summary

L.P.T Retail Management Services, LLC is seeking an experienced Assistant Site Manager for LPT #1252 (PCB) in Panama City Beach, FL 32407. The role supports the Store Manager on a daily basis, driving sales, protecting assets, and ensuring smooth store operations.

You will recruit and train staff, manage schedules, supervise daily activities, handle inventory and cash controls, and liaise with District/Store leadership to meet company standards.

Qualifications

• Ability to read, write and understand English.
• Willingness to work long and sometimes unusual hours, standing for extended periods.
• High school level math competency.
• Collaborative work style, able to partner with staff to drive site performance.
• Insurable by the company’s auto liability carrier.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs from the ground.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, screening and training new employees.
• Coach and direct daily activities of employees and provide ongoing training.
• Help write and enforce work schedules within labor guidelines.
• Delegate duties as necessary and cover open shifts.
• In the manager's absence, hire or dismiss staff only with District Manager approval.
• Ensure store meets company standards and address maintenance issues.
• Order groceries to avoid overstocking or stockouts.
• Check in vendors and ensure proper merchandising on schedule.
• Update the price book and implement pricing changes as needed.
• Maintain the store's expense checkbook and conduct fuel price surveys.
